I really like the Poker Ace and find it to be a smaller but portable version of The Poker Genie. It is much smaller than The Poker Genie and runs on battery power rather than electrical power. This means that it is easier to place the Poker Ace wherever you desire, rather than being limited to an area close to an electrical power outlet. It is much easier to transport and carry the Poker Ace, and it might even fit into your poker chip case. The Poker Ace does an excellent job of helping to organize your poker tournaments. It can be started with the press of a few buttons and will accommodate your own customized blinds schedules. It is small and portable but packs a big punch! (Full Review Here)

JUST A NOTE TO SAY THANKYOU FROM AUSTRALIA, WE USED THE POKER ACE FOR A HOME TOURNEY OF 20 PEOPLE ON THE WEEKEND AND IT WAS JUST FANTASTIC. IT RAN SMOOTHLY AND TOOK ALL THE FUSS AND CONFUSION OUT OF RAISING THE BLINDS…… WHICH CAN SOMETIMES BE A PROBLEM LATE IN THE NIGHT AFTER A FEW COCKTAILS! ITS A GREAT PRODUCT, AND SO EASY TO USE, WELL DONE AND THANKS AGAIN.

This timer is packed with features and is going to be very practical at our next tournament. I appreciate the fact that it converts payout percentages into dollars, estimates the length of the game, and let’s you know when it’s time to Chip Up. The secondary timer showing the next break, amount of time left to rebuy is also a very nice touch. The audio warning letting us know the break is almost over is very practical… especially for those who like to hang around the kitchen still looking for something else to eat.All of the detailed reviews I read in this forum convinced me to buy this timer. I put it through the ringer today making sure all of the features worked and was very happy with the results. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid poker timer and it’s really a must-have if you’re looking for a portable timer.

After a few home games of use, I recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one.  The Poker Genie is a Ford Explorer.  Runs well but a little bulky.  The Poker Ace is a Ferrari.  Fast and sleek.  Not easy to drive without a little practice but once mastered; nothing compares.
